### Summary

MIP-23 has been assigned to a proposal to introduce a fee structure for developers accessing Bee device model outputs. Fees, paid in HONEY with at least 75% burned, support Edge AI infrastructure including compute, firmware, pipelines, and contributor incentives.

### Detailed Changes

Adjusted the fee schedule:

**Original**

* 20 Map Credits per 1,000 unique
* At $0.075 per Map Credit ---> $1,500 per million unique km

**Update**

* 15 Map Credits per 1,000 total km
* At $0.075 per Map Credit ---> $1,125 per million unique km
* Uses a market buy-back-and-burn system like was defined in MIP-15.
* KM Floor: A minimum of 50 km per device per week must be uploaded to be eligible.
* KM Ceiling: A maximum of 3,000 km per device per week limits the amount of rewarded km to avoid folks driving in circles.
