# Beware of Scam Airdrops

Don't fall for it.

Scammers are imitating Hivemapper and targeting our valued map contributors with fraudulent airdrops. If you try to claim them, they will steal your tokens.

### 🔺 Key Points to Remember:

1. If you see an airdrop in your wallet that Hivemapper did not officially announce, it is a scam.
2. Hivemapper does not conduct surprise airdrops.
3. Hivemapper will NEVER ask you to sign a transaction or provide your account keys to receive rewards or get customer support.

Your security is our top priority. Always exercise caution and safeguard your wallets and tokens.

If in doubt, reach out to our official channels or email us at <hi@hivemapper.com>.
